Four Seasons Insulation & Siding Inc. is a family oriented corporation. Holding the position of President is Kenneth M. Stallings II, Vice- President is Ken Stallings, and Secretary/Treasurer is Darlene Stallings. The corporate headquarters are located in Big Spring, Texas, with surrounding branches in Midland/Odessa, Abilene, and Lubbock. Four Seasons services a large area, including all of West Texas and the South Plains. It all began back in the mid 70's, when Ken and Darlene started a home improvement business with the help of their mentor and close friend, Harlan Foster. Their dream was to build a corporation that would not only better their family, but be able to help every other family that they touched. But how does one build a business that will help others and be resilient enough to last through crisis's and tough times? The answer is by faith, hard work, ingenuity, strong business ethics, trial and error, and blood and tears! Harlan helped guide Ken and Darlene to success by pointing out the need for a brand new technique in the energy crunch of the late 70's. That technique was wall insulation. Wall insulation was not mandated until 1980, so if your home was built before 1980, there is a good chance that your home has no wall insulation. While everyone else focused on attic insulation, Harlan and Ken ironed out the wrinkles on the insulation machinery that we still use today. Because of our machinery and techniques that have developed through the years, we can insulate through the exterior surface of a home without any structural damage, where most companies can't. Our experience with these specialized machines and our knowledge has moved us into being not only a corporation that works for itself, but one that also has expanded into helping others as well. We have worked for different federal agencies, state departments, Sears Stores, and The Home Service Store that operated in Sam's Club Stores. This has helped not only others but our corporation by working in diversified fields that allowed us to prove our hard work and how we stand by all that we do. Not only did we intensely work and improve on our wall insulation, during this time we also expanded into specializing into siding and windows. Our experience has allowed us to work in Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas. We have generously donated our time to Christmas in Action for over 15 years. We have stayed dedicated to helping others as we grow. Four Seasons also stayed true to being a family oriented business, because as the corporation grew, so did Ken and Darlene's son Kenneth who started learning the home improvement business at the tender age of seven, and became an equal owner in 1994. We have prided ourselves in practicing the best business ethics possible and are always striving to be the best we can be. We have rose above others and won numerous awards and always receive positive comments from customers who then recommend us to others. We have even been called to give presentations for the state of Texas to show them how we can insulate like no others. We are active members of the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. We carry a million dollar general liability insurance policy to protect our customers against any unforeseen events, which is just our way of helping others. The state of Texas does not require this, but we make every effort to do unto our customers the way we would want to be treated. We are also lead certified, which is a new requirement for all homes built before 1978. We follow guidelines set by OSHA, the EPA, and all federal, state, and local agencies as well. We use a special material called SuperFill Insulation, which is a certified green product, and is fire retardant.
